Ha! ever since i watched the last japanese video you put up here ive been looking for other japanese music, it's actually kinda weird.The japanese language is really beautiful in its own way, it sounds really deliberate, like every syllable is set down with purpose and force, I dont know how to explain it, its like, in all the "romantic" languages, like english and french and spanish, the words are a suave, sexy guy that gets you drunk and lays you down nice and easy. and the japanese language grabs you by your hair, throws you on the ground and tells you take your clothes off.
lol. i dont know, Thats how it sounds to me right now. im very "perceptive" you know.i can hear all. . . oh, also i dont know what i did but i completely fucked my blog up, i cant even get on it anymore :(
the crazy thing is i totally get what ur sayin haha english can be so curvy (which is great) but japanese is more rigid and if sang by the right person can sound so passionate.(like the lead singer of funky monkey babies lol) even before i could understand what was being said in this song i just loved it and well now that i can i do even more. sadly japan is stuck in boy band mode, badly dressed lip singing boy bands. I started listining to some old school somewhat undergound J-hip hop which sparked a convo with the dude workin at the coffee shop who introduced me to a ton of great japanese music. haha if u really like it I`ll have to post a few more.
